「The house was very clean. We were a bit startled at having to bring sheets and towels, but we got enough warning to be prepared. The instructions came in a strange way that was hard to read but I managed to enlarge them enough to print them and if we squinted we could work out the words. The location was quiet, with good views. The beds were comfortable. We found the light over the table not good enough to play board games, but we were able to use one of the bedside lamps.」

「The second time I've stopped in here on my way between Syd and Mel, it's a lovely park and pet friendly. The cabin is clean and cosy, would recommend.」

「Good over all」

「Overall a great stay. House had all the requirements for a great week. Only issue was the driveway to the property, getting a larger trailer up the drive and down again wasn’t great. Perhaps that should be advised on the add.」

「What a beautiful weekend stay to have my young children experience the snow for the first time. Check in was simple, the accommodation was very comfortable and clean, and the surrounding flora and fauna topped off a great weekend away!」

「I loved the cottage and the peaceful and natural surrounds - it was blissful. So many added extras inside - too many to mention - but small nice touches and there's a coffee machine !! Pods match Nespresso ! Very happy. Beds comfy and warm. All the furniture inside and out good quality and comfy. The old "trani" was a nice touch. ONLY ONE let down - was the split system aircon/heater. It's old and not that efficient - we had temperatures of 2 degrees and we were cold - had to wrap ourselves...

「Excellent. 45 mins from my Buller and Boonie Doon Pub is the best, only 5 mins away. 」

「Stayed 2 nights in the long weekend and it was really fun. Nice views and lot of places to visit. The home was really Cousey and reverse cycle A/C's kept us warm throughout our stay. We had an issue with the gas supply. It was resolved in a flash. Overall we enjoyed the stay and looking forward to re-visit next year.」

「The Bosses Settlement was a real find and surpassed our expectations from the moment we arrived. Picturesquely located in rolling countryside, cahrmingly renovated, very comfortablely furnished (esp the beds),the Settlemnet had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Apart from the house there were so many outdoor areas to relax in, verandahs on 3 sides, beautiful gardens and a fire pit area. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless and best of all stocked with freshly baked anzac biscuits,...

「House keeping was not good enough as rubbish bin in kitchen was full of rubbish on arrival. Dangerous stairs and deck, they didn’t have any railings and the whole unit didn’t feel safe. 」
