Come stay at Sunset Waterfront Resort located in central Kelowna RIGHT next to the lake with tons of amenities! This 2 bed 2 bath, 12th floor condo is the perfect choice for a vacation in Kelowna. In the heart of the downtown cultural district, you're right where all the action happens in the city! Just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, and 15 minute walk to many shops, craft breweries, cafes and restaurants. Located right by Prospera Place and the Casino!

Condition of apartment
Furniture stained and worn. Pull out bed not fit to sleep on. Sheets were stained with something ominous. Kitchen not cleaned properly. Lack of towels. I have photos of you want to see them.

Weekend stay for wedding
Our daughter got married in Kelowna and we used this location for the groomsmen to get ready. It was ideal. The location was superb, the space was ideal , such a great stay.

Less Than Expected
We found the property was in a great location, beautiful view, but there were many issues that need to be dealt with.
All of the couches, and the chaise in the master bedroom were filthy and stained need to be cleaned or replaced.
The mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable, it is worn out!
The second bedroom mattress was not great and we feel it was a double not a queen size bed.
We had a hard time getting into the condo and had to get another code so maybe an alternate code should be listed as well.
If there are two couples staying, it would be nice to have access to visitor parking for the other vehicle instead of having to pay on the street.
I feel perhaps the cleaning stuff is not very good as the glass coffee table top was not cleaned. The floors were not cleaned.
The dishwasher did not seem to completely clean the dishes, maybe an instruction manual would be helpful as well as with the stove. The stove bottom drawer was stuck as well, could not open it. No sink stoppers in the kitchen sink.

Wonderful stay
