「This was a great getaway. The room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast delicious and Mitsuko & Norm were delightful, along with their two cute French Bulldogs. The location was perfect to walk to everything downtown and it was impressive how quiet it was with being so close to the highway. A beautiful neighbourhood to enjoy walking around with many heritage homes. 」

「Alfonso took great care of us during our two days in West Kelowna. We pre-ordered our breakfast and it was served to our table at the time we requested. He provided us with helpful tips with respect to wine tours and local sites to see. Our room and bed linen were clean, as was the ample washroom. We quite enjoyed our stay. 」

「This is a new property and we had a fantastic stay. Suzana is a thoughtful and gracious hostess and the room was stunning, with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed the hot tub and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay there again - highly recommend!」

「The hostess, Josee, is very warm and welcoming. The entire ground floor of the house is the B&B, which includes a large, comfortable living room and full kitchen. Our room was also large and comfortable with a great bed and spacious living space as well! Breakfast was excellent, the backyard pool area has tons of seating and amazing views of the lake and the whole valley. Overall, an excellent stay. 」

「My daughter and I stayed here for two nights recently.Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed.Beds super comfortable.It did get a littke hot at night but there was a heatwave so it was understandable.Most of our time was spent reading with a glass of wine on the beautiful deck.It had a wonderful hottub and koi pond.Our favorite thing was the host.We had the most wonderful breakfast and both our plates were empty after.Anything we needed she was s text away.We had some frozen goods and...

「If the Villa was a Bed and Breakfast...., comfortable, great view of the Okanagan Lake, good service, nice breakfast. However this Villa was advertised by Expedia as one of the top ten Hotels with kitchenette in Kelowna. This Villa is not a Hotel but a house. Three different customers all confused when arrived at the Villa expecting a Hotel. But this is someone's house. So we all payed Hotel rate for a Bed and Breakfast.. Very expensive for B&B. "隔音很差，旁边房间说什么话听的一清二楚。半夜三点四十五，酒店服务员关门开门的声音一直持续了二十分钟。早上七点开始，就有陆陆续续开关门的声音，住了两天，每天都被吵醒。酒店里几乎什么都没有，桌子是坏的。唯一庆幸的是前台接待员服务很好。"
