「This property perhaps is best appreciated by thinking of it as a 'condo ' rather than a posh resort. Very well run, clean, close attention to detail, free parking, loaner beach gear etc. If you are expecting water slides and a lazy river...no. Medium sized pool w/ hot tub that we rarely shared w/ anyone. Do note that the upstairs neighbors were loud -- early (4 and 5 am) in spite of 'quiet time'. We complained once and then let it go... Great home base to Hanalei and local beaches. 」

「We really enjoyed this condo for our trip to Kaua'i. Greeted by the sun each morning, and a nice shady spot on the balcony to enjoy the ocean in the afternoon. Will look to booking here again on another visit. 」

「We had an amazing stay at this apartment complex! The property is stunning, with lush green landscaping, tall palm trees, and vibrant tropical plants that create a truly serene atmosphere. Its beachfront location is unbeatable, offering direct access to a lovely sandy beach. The snorkeling was a pleasant surprise—not a coral reef, but we still spotted a variety of fish and even a sea turtle! 「The accommodation was perfect. This inside space, the lanais, the location were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. I would stay there again 」

「We were very happy with the property! 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms suited our family perfectly. Thank you for the extra floor fan for the bedrooms. Loved the proximity to the Makai Tennis Courts! Nice to have a pool/hot tub on the property! Convenient location to to the town of Hanalei! 」

Easy walk on groomed path to Shipwreck beach in front of large Hyatt resort. Our host was friendly and helpful. Clean, basic amenities. The fridge wasn’t working but owner gave us a quick alternative. My boys enjoyed lots of beach equipment available to guests. Would stay there again!」

「Our visit included my husband and I, our oldest daughter and son-in-law and our 1 yr old grandson, and our two teenage daughters. The villa was spacious and perfect for our needs. The balconies are perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. The kitchen had everything we needed for in house meals. Location was perfect, close to beaches and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again. 」
