"Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. The male receptionist who spoke English was so helpful and nice. He gave our kids some boxes with treats and when we checked out, he...

It is walking distance from Dotonbori and Namba shopping. There are many restaurants nearby. Osaka is a vibrate city. This hotel is central enough to get to many places. You will enjoy it. "

"Apartment was huge, especially by Japanese standards. Bathroom was excellent and the bath was a bonus. Subway is right under the building which makes getting around very easy. Staff were very helpful. "

"Easy and many self service check in kiosk made everything quick. Staff is there to help if needed. Hotel is above Osaka Station and shopping mall so literally every convenience is down the elevator. Rooms were decent size for Japan standards. Everything was clean and hotel provides daily housekeeping which our other hotels did not. The only small tiny ding is the location. "I think this is the best hotel at the Osaka Bay. The service is phenomenal and the room is very comfy, I almost did not want to leave my room and just relax there. Tho, I hope they would allow people with small tattoos to use the spa by providing patches to cover them up."

"We arrived late at night so we reserved Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport for its proximity to the Kansai Airport. The hotel is literally in the airport and is connected to a national train station. It was especially convenient for us that there is a 7-11 convenient store on the walkway to the airport. The staff at the hotel were polite and helpful. "

Great location for USJ

"Great location, close to Universal Studios Japan and Citywalk, as well as the station. We used ths hotel as a base for our stay in Osaka. The room size was adequate, it was a little tight for the 4 of us (2A, 2C) but it had 4 beds in it. There weren't any cupboards or drawers either, which meant we had to keep all our things in our suitcases and had to keep opening them, but I think this is common in Japanese hotels! The bathroom was very large and the shower room was great. Overall we enjoyed our time here."
