The balcony wall was too high and made of concrete, obstructing the view significantly. The sea view was also partial and quite distant, which did not meet our expectations. 「I was unable to get taxi service to respond. If I did not know someone in the area I would have been stuck at the hotel. It is not within walking distance to stores or restaurants. It took several hours to get a response from staff and I was never able to access laundry. It was very relaxing, quiet and clean. The property was beautiful. 」

「WiFi is very slow and most of time not working. We stayed in block one and when we left hotel to airport around 4am there is not emergency exit light around only lobby light was on we had to use phone torch to see where we should go in this way this is extremely dangerous for guests. Housekeeping Anna is very friendly and helpful who is the only good experience while we stayed in this hotel. Receptionist at night duty need to improve his English and hospitality skills. 」

「What a great option! Far from Kos city...means it was so quiet and not much traffic. Parking on site or on the street. Very friendly family was handling the place, every problem was solved very fast. Tasty home-made breakfast with small daily changes. Many beaches in short driving distance, several restaurants in walking distance. Very happy about picking this place! 」

「please be aware there are some rooms which have not been which have a beautiful sea view but are very dated. very clean & fully stocked mini bar but if you are a frequent Mitsis visitor you will be disappointed if you dont booked a renovated room - well worth paying extra. Reception & main restaurant - great food & drink choice but needs a refresh - restaurants are fabulous - we travelled with Son, daughter in law & daughter having 2 rooms & had an amazing week at the Summer palace - thank you...
