booked due to pool amenities, we shopped ALL day in Weston, MO, picked hotel for this to cool down. You as a business SHOULD HAVE NOTIFIED patrons of this, so we had the option to go to one with a functional option of a pool! And then there we bugs in the sink I could get due to kill due to lip on sink and the keycard would not work correctly, as I inserted another would have to QUICKLY open the door. When we first got our room door was already opened and we thought someone might be in the room! I expect since there was no pool to be compensated for the room in price, as this was reasoning for booking, to enjoy cooling down in pool and relaxing evening by the pool after nice dinner in KC. I would like someone to call me with this to be done or see this on my account. This is not the way to treat patrons or a business and will not look good on a review nor for the Platte City Area
