There was no indication that breakfast was an additional cost nor that the restaurant on site was only on weekends. The facility looked like it was under construction. The ice maker on floor 4 didn't work and when called the front desk was rudely advised that the ice maker on floor 2 and 3 were the only ones working.

Rooms are clean, however they are sparsely furnished. There’s room for a sofa and two chairs but there was only one armless chair the bed and tv/desk area. Would stay there again but the room could have been better plus the bed was firm and not really comfortable.

When we walked in you could instantly see how clean the property looked and smelled. The only thing I say to work on is cleaning the spa area more often or better.

While the staff seem to be keeping up with the property but the owner needs to invest in updating the rooms. Room had wholes in wall. Skylight was dirty and molded. Pull out couch was broken and seats on furniture was worn. Metal rings for towels was rusted. Wholes in black out curtains. Even though had a suite breakfast was a charge because used third party to book the room.

I didn’t like the fact that they sent me to a part of the hotel that look like it was very old and dirty and unsafe. They told me to go one way to find my room and when I couldn’t find the room, I had to go all the way back to the check-in desk and ask for assistance to find the room and then they took me a totally different way and the numbers did even match up so it was so inconvenient to try to find your room. And then the heat didn’t work in the room and maintenance apparently was already gone so I had to deal with it. They didn’t offer another room. They just didn’t seem too concerned. I’ve stayed at this hotel prior. It was very happy with the service but this time the service was very poor and very unsatisfying and I will never stay with this hotel again

Requested room change two nights consecutively due to AC not working in the room. Staff member stated maintenance would check AC and was never checked. Was rather given a space heater with a fan for “cooling”

Rooms clean and updated. Hallways need new carpet very dirty, and lots of stains. People in hallway yelling at 5 am doors to rooms not sound proof. They have a gap causing noises in hallway to enter room. When we arrived they told us the room we booked wasn’t available now but they did give us a room similar to the one we booked.
