「Excellent location with on the property fun zone & movie theatre」

「Staff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent. Rooms are of decent sizes with all the modern amenities you'd expect in this category of hotels. I'd recommend this hotel for your stay during your Mathura/ Vrindavan visit. 「My family had a wonderful time celebrating Holi here. We stayed 3 days it felt like family. Front desk was amazing, kitchen staff was lovely, food was good, anything we asked for was at our door right away, hospitality unparalleled. Highly recommended!」

It’s far away from the condition of the real property. Staff was trying hard to address the issues but the property itself needs major renovation. I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for my family and when they reached this property, the hotel staff was refusing to allow entry giving the reason that this property has been marked as illegal and they can’t allow anyone to stay. Secondly, i paid for breakfast buffet for 2 days stay and there was no breakfast buffet in hotel. When my family insisted then the hotel staff just gave them few bread pieces in their room.
