「Never go back again. When I booked via your website showing on the near the city Centre only 1.4mile but wasn’t too close. We need to drive over 30 minutes to there and not to the property that was the reception of the check in. And also we have to wait someone to guide me to the property. So the location of the property and the distance showing on the Apps. It is totally wrong. Misleading customer. We’ve been the property which wasn’t ready to let the people stay that we had to wait to change...

「The room is beautiful but smelly. Bed is not clean. I got bed bugs n my whole body looks like chicken pox. The bed is very dirty. The comforter also looks like never change. Very dirty hotel.」

「An old hotel. The family room gets the afternoon sun and was hot when we checked in. The ac (individual ceiling type) took hours to cool down the room. The bathroom is very small with a sliding door that doesn’t close well.」

「It exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and high-speed Wi-Fi.
