“Loved 24hr room service from restaurant, excellant/prompt laundry service, clean room/conditions, friendly staff, shopping/stores inside the facility, large stand-up shower accommodates 2 people. Very firm mattress if that's what you like. Daily housecleaning service. Overall it was quiet but there were multiple prayer services on a balcony outside, 1 floor down sometimes w a loudspeaker & microphone during day & esrly evening. ”

“While the location is chaotic and busy the actual hotel was surprisingly good. Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. But highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for the money.”

“I have had a very pleasant stay at the Ruch hotel. The staff members were very, polite, professional, caring, competent and compassionate and well presented. The hotel facilitated my all transport arrangements both inside outside the city Kampala and naturally I felt very safe when I was exploring the city. I would definitely recommend the Ruch. It's excellent value for the money and it's located in a very safe area. ”
