「The hotel’s location is fantastic and the view is superb. However, there’s still room for improvement in respect of service. Whenever we requested something, we were attended to in piecemeal fashion. Staff’s level of English may need to be improved. In addition, the bathtub was not equipped with shower gel or shampoo, and there is no TV in the bathroom. The TV also do not have Netflix or Apple TV functions. Cosy hotel at Haneda T3

"The hotel is attached with T3 Haneda Airport. Very convenient, we usually stay here the night before an early flight. The hotel has SO MANY rooms. Hence, you might have to walk a long time from the lift. It also has a public bath ( extra cost) to use. Very relaxing and clean. Highly recommended. "
