"Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. "A really great family hotel near subway and just 2 blocks away from the popular Shinsaibashisuji Kita Shopping Arcade, a grand shopping street which stretches across a full 15 blocks from Chuo-Odori to Sennichimae-Dori where right at the end of this shopping street is the renowned Glico man in Dotonburi. Therefore, you simply do all your shopping here without having to carry bags full of stuff on a train. Staff here can speak English very well and very helpful with everything you ever needed...

"We enjoyed our stay here, the room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. We also took advantage of their laundry facilities, machines easy to use. The location is also close to shopping and eating. We had a family mart about 1 block away that we would visit daily! "
