「Great value. A few things need perfecting but for the price, can't really complain too much. Lighting indoors could be harsh on the eyes. The windows look like they haven't been cleaned in ages. But in general, the property is very well-kept and pleasant. Regular, everyday folk live here, in some of the units and this can be refreshing. .」

「What a great place to stay. The property is well maintained and the interior is so inviting. There are beach towels available, chairs for the beach, hair dryer, a wagon to cart to the beach. The list does not end here. So close to the beach and other beach options close by. If you are a Pickleball enthusiasm, you can find play 12 minutes away. We had a great stay in Hutchinson Island.」

「The property was exactly how we expected. We had a wonderful time! 」

「I stay at cottages and cabins all over the country. Prefer them to hotels ..travel with my dog. This was absolutely thebest..beautifully decorated, lovely porch, fenced in yard, peaceful location....very comfortable and tastefully done. And any item that you could possibly require or want was provided. I travel with trusty kitchen box..hardly had to open it. Welcome basket with snacks, fruit, sweets. Hosts were amazing. I could not more highly recommend this cottage」

「This was the perfect spot for a few days of relaxation. Just a short Uber ride to beaches and downtown. The bed was comfy, the space was perfect and the pool area was very private and secluded. Felt like we were at our own private resort. The only downside was the pool was very cold so we never got in it, but it looked beautiful and was very relaxing to sit outside. We enjoyed the beaches and downtown as well. 」

「Stay was great. Centrally located. Great restaurants nearby. Cleaness could have been better. I somehow lost an earring getting ready for a wedding. I was on my hands and knees looking for this small earring. I saw so much built up filth all along the baseboard, in the corners of all those rooms. 「This was our second time staying at Xanadu and we were as happy as the first time! This is a great place and holds multiple families with ease! The property manager Al is awesome and always responsive! He has thought of everything at these properties so all you have to do is show up and enjoy! We didn’t have the greatest weather while there this time but there is so much at the house to keep everyone occupied and having fun no matter the weather circumstances! 」
