「The house is huge, as advertised. Plenty of sleeping room and bathrooms. The hot tub was great. The lake was farther than it was advertised.Most of what we needed was stocked. Unfortunately the pool was still closed for the season. I had reached out 4 times before booking to ask about the pool, but didn't get a response. 」

「Nice and clean property and the amenities were well thought out. Lots of space and everything is new even though the vibe is “old cabin”. Appreciate the clear instructions from the host. Only negative is the location is immediately off the interstate but once inside it’s not loud. 」

「This house was very clean and solid. Two bathrooms was a big help with 4 women between 69 and 78 years old. I would stay here again as it is convenient to most everything. Nice large table to talk around and look at pictures and recall fun episodes from our childhood. Thank you for a wonderful place to lay our heads.」

「Beautiful historic preservation - elegantly decorated space and comfortable bed. Nice amenities.Walked to Hays House, Watts coffeeshop and Riverbank Brewery just around the corner. Great bookstore on the same corner and 56 Donuts a quick drive down the road. Gray starting point for the Flint Hills tour.」

「This is an awesome place to stay, just across the street from KSU campus. Within walking distance of aggieville. If anything, the property is cleaner than what the pictures show. We also appreciated that there was plenty of coffee for the Keurig. It’s kind of a no frills stay, but very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「Inside of property was very cute and cozy. Over all a great space. Note couches are part of sleeping head count. Felt secure and great off road parking for several cars. If you plan to use the outdoor space it could use some clean up (not quite like pics). In general a great space for the money. 」

「 My crew loved every minute of our stay. The house was decorated for Christmas which put a personal touch to our stay. The lake is in eye view from the beautiful windows. A short walk and you can take a stroll on the shore. Lots of room to stretch out a denjoy our time together」
