"Easy and many self service check in kiosk made everything quick. Staff is there to help if needed. Hotel is above Osaka Station and shopping mall so literally every convenience is down the elevator. Rooms were decent size for Japan standards. Everything was clean and hotel provides daily housekeeping which our other hotels did not. The only small tiny ding is the location. You’re about 1 to 2 subway stops from the major Osaka attractions but we did not mind at all. Highly recommend especially for families. Book the Quad Room!"

"What a cool place to stay! The robes, the breakfast, the extra snacks, the heated floors, and the beautiful onsen! We enjoyed our time here a lot and felt welcomed with our kids (1 and 5). "

"Room was very comfortable. Water pressure was fantastic. Slept well. Good central location. We walked to everything. Ended up walking to the main Kyoto station which is an aporoximate 25 minute walk by a cool temple. Found plenty of great food."

"Booked this spot day before on a whim. Was nervous considering it was the cheapest spot we stayed at on our trip to Japan, but it was great! Wife is still raving about the onsen. They have a sauna, cold plunge and warm and hot tub in public bath. Breakfast was fantastic. Service, top notch. Being familiar with Kyoto I liked the location a lot. Quieter, but literally connected to the train station for easy access to Kyoto station and beyond. It’s not right in the action of Kyoto (Gion district area) though, probably 20-25 min train or 15 min taxi. "
