"This place was more spacious than most other places I've stayed at in Tokyo, which was a huge plus. The nearest train station was close and accessible by walking. However, visitors should note that this place is pretty far from the big tourist areas, such as Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku, etc. Everything is accessible by train, but it will take you a while (maybe give it like 1 hour). The place was very clean. Great stay"

"It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. I think the responsibility of keeping the key safe shows that my belongings are safe, no matter how long they sit in my room ☆ I also recommend speaking to the manager if you see him...

"This VRBO is smaller than you’re imagining by looking at the pictures, but the good thing about that is you get the real Japanese experience. Four adult kids slept downstairs; one couple on futons and the other couple in the bed. The two other adults and child slept upstairs on bed and futon. Just like many homes in Japan, there is no dryer, so keep in mind you’ll hang your clothes to dry. Koiwa was a great little city, with everything within walking distance. We were all sad to leave the green...
