讚好:整潔度和客房舒適度
Nice apartment.
The staffs are friendly and helpful. But communication is a headache. Email a Malaysian number to call for check in procedure. However the number called like 20 to 30 times then get answered. No whatapp or email to communicate. Luckily after the 30th call, staff answered...gave me her personal whatsapp number and I finally managed to check in. Everything is good in room. The pillow need to change new as I accidentally saw inside the pillow case, the pillow is super dirty with stains. Everything else are ok. Car park is a nightmare as the card cannot use due to fault of parking scanner. The route into the car park and the premise is also headache...very jam and very complicated due to the mrt construction that road is only one lane. If not driving is ok. The toilet seat cover is damaged and give a bad dirty look. Better change a new one, is not expensive. Bidget holder also broken, need to repair. Otherwise this a very good place to stay.
