We would like file a complaint about this hotel - The Leaf Jimbaran - Jimbaran. As we check in this hotel on 3 May, we found the hotel room really in a very bad conditions as follows:
1. too dark
2. wood looks dirty
3. water was too slow
4. water shower was broken
5. some metal furniture was badly coroded
6. room smells terrible
7. picture shown in the website is totally looks different with the original look
We had lodged compliant to the Manager of Leaf Jimbaran Villa and they told us to file a complaint to you and are willing to return at least 50% of the room fee to us, pls follow up with the subject the hotel and refund us the room charge. We had moved to other hotel on that day immediately.
