「在櫃臺ｃｈｅｃｋ　ｉｎ入住後,進入房間準備梳洗. 但浴室竟然沒有熱水． 我撥打電話詢問櫃臺, 櫃臺回答熱水供應系統壞了.我進一步詢問我必須 洗個澡，能怎麼處理？對方不耐煩回答：我很抱歉你要洗澡,但沒有熱水． 櫃臺在接到我詢問電話的第一時刻，不需要查詢瞭解，就可以立即回覆熱水供應系統壞掉，顯然這個狀持續了一段時間．那為何稍早在我 ｃｈｅｃｋ　ｉｎ時沒有告知？一直到隔天上午１１點退房時，仍然沒有熱水供應．顯然飯店也沒打算解決這個問題． 待客態度極差，我以後不會再來，也不建議其他旅客入住．　　 」
