First of all, I want to say that the hotel's reception and cleaning staff are very rude to customers! The room was very dusty, the towels and bed sheets were not clean and smelled. There is so much noise coming from one room to another, the room dividers are like paper! Expedia said there were slippers in the room but there were none, we asked the receptionist and he said that we never have slippers. The cleaning staff had not cleaned the room and had not left any soap. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I called the receptionist and asked if there was any soap, but the receptionist said very rudely that they could not bring it and that I had to go down and get it myself, even though it was not my fault that there was no soap in the room, they should have ensured this, at least they did not apologize for this mistake. The room is not cleaned every day, it is cleaned every other day. There is no ventilation system in the room, and the window does not open, so the room is very stuffy. The area is quiet and good, it takes 20-30 minutes by car to Times Square, depending on traffic, but keep in mind that you have to go to New York only on the toll road, you will pay $17.60 per pass. The hotel is not close to the subway, you can only go by bus to New York, it runs every 20 minutes or half an hour, round trip per person is $10.So if you just want to visit New York, it's not worth staying in New Jersey, it takes a lot of time and money.it was the worst hotel I've stayed in so far!
