This pretty villa is located in Javea (halfway between Valencia and Alicante) in the quiet and highly sought after area of ​​Tosalet, it is ideally located, less than 2 km from the sea, close to shops, restaurants and to the sandy Arenal beach which is 5 min by car (the nearest supermarket is 800m).

It is ideal for a family or with friends! We bought and renovated it at the start of 2021 and it offers all the comforts to its guests (wifi, airco, bbq, smart tv, expresso coffee machine, air dryer, 6 sunbeds ..) The swimming pool is very large (11m/5m) and can be heated as an option (useful in April, May, and October).

The villa is located in a peaceful and secure residential area (private patrols); not overlooked. It is perfectly equipped for relaxation: covered outdoor terrace, magnificent swimming pool with outdoor shower, sofa area for drinks or a nap next to the swimming pool. The are two external places where you can eat: there is one table in the shade and another one in the sun.

The villa is on 2 floors. On the first floor there is an open kitchen, a dining room and a living room as well as two bedrooms with large wardrobes (each with 2 beds of 90/200) and a bathroom (shower). The living room opens onto a large covered outdoor terrace with sofas one one side and a dining table on the other side. Upstairs there is a large bedroom (bed of 180/200) and an adjoining bathroom (shower).

The living room and all the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Javea ('the pearl of the Costa Blanca!) offers the ideal setting for a successful holiday, a pleasant climate all year round, the possibility of doing many sporting activities (golf, water sports, cycling or walking, tennis , paddle, scuba diving, ....).

What we like about Javea is the variety of atmospheres: the old town dates from the 15th century and offers a very local atmosphere, there is a nice port and then the unmissable Arenal, more touristy, with its trendy restaurants & bars, its fine sandy beach and its shops, not to mention the set of coves, each more charming than the next (Javea offers 25 km of coastline). For nature lovers, there are plenty of beautiful walks to be had, along the seafront, in the Montgo or Genadella nature reserves or in the hinterland. - The electrical installation and the rental price are not suitable for recharging an electric or hybrid vehicle (which is not permitted). The price of electricity included in the rental price covers a maximum weekly consumption of 280KWH (which is more than sufficient for normal consumption). Any excess consumption will be deducted from the guarantee.

Wonderful Home Away from Home
Beautiful Villa in a great location. About a 25 minute walk down to the beach, bars and restaurants of Arenal. The excellent Consum supermarket is just 5 min drive. Very well equipped, comfortable beds and living areas. Communication with Tatiana the owner before our stay was excellent and we were warmly welcomed and looked after by Véronique and Didier once we arrived. Beautiful pool area which is very secluded. Couldn't fault a single thing and we look forward to returning soon. Thank you very much Tatiana, Véronique and Didier for making our stay so memorable.

De villa is een echte aanrader. Alles wat men nodig heeft is aanwezig en alles is heel schoon. De villa ligt, ondanks de korte afstand tot strand en restaurant, erg rustig. De buitenruimte is heerlijk toeven en het zwembad is opvallend groot! Kortom: deze villa is een absolute aanrader voor het geval je deze regio wenst te bezoeken. We stayed for 1 week in October 2023 and were impressed with this villas contemporary features. There are 3 outdoor seating areas to choose from and we found it spotless. It took half an hour to walk to the Arenal but it was on the flat so that was ok. Every detail is taken care of and there was some lovely solar lights and candle holders which added to the ambience. The soft furnishings are lovely muted/ natural tones too. If you go there's a nice local bar called Uno mas which we went to a few times. Recommended

Wonderful Villa
We’ve just returned from a wonderful weeks stay at the villa. Manu and Tatiana were the most helpful and kind hosts. We were even taken to the supermarket and beach one day. The villa itself was better than we expected. Lots of space, huge lovely pool and lots of outside seating to enjoy. Everything we needed and spotlessly clean. We had a few bbqs on the terrace enjoying the evening sun. Shops, beach and restaurants very local. We would get a taxi to Arenal for approx €7 and they were very easy to book/find. We’ve loved every minute of our holiday and will be rebooking for next year.

Prachtige villa met tuin, terrassen en super zwembad.
Van alle villa’s die wij tot nu toe hebben gehuurd voor onze vakantie is deze villa absoluut de mooiste. De villa ligt in de woonwijk van Tosalet op slechts 6 minuten van het strand en is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Het grote zwembad omringd met ligbedden is ideaal om even af te koelen net als de mooi aangelegde tuin met gras. Drie ruime slaapkamers, een sfeervol ingerichte woonkamer en allemaal voorzien van airco. De contactpersoon “Emanuelle” is altijd bereikbaar en kent de omgeving goed voor eventuele vragen of suggesties. Kortom een echte aanrader!!

Prachtige woning op een perfecte locatie. Met moderne badkamers ruime slaapkamers is dit een ideale woning voor een gezin of met vrienden. Agreable maison dans un quartier résidentiel à 5 min des premières plages
Charmante maison agréable à vivre dans un quartier résidentiel. L'état est impeccable et propre et les propriétaires charmants. Nous y sommes restés pendant une semaine en Novembre qui est tout de même assez humide et se ressent dans la maison également. La terrasse et le salon couverts sont très agréables. Wir haben einen fantastischen Herbsturlaub in dem herrlichen Haus verbracht. Wunderbare Umgebung, tolle Unternehmungen und das Haus ideal gelegen. Der Pool wurde von uns kaum genutzt, 19-20 Grad im Herbst waren etwas sportlich. Da war das Meer wirklich angenehmer.

Wunderschöne Einrichtung. Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Draußen mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten. Alles wie beschrieben. Lounge wunderbar! Sehr nette und aufmerksame Verwalterin. Tip Top sauber. Auto ist nötig. Strand Arenal zu Fuß etwa 45 Minuten. Kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!
