「A BASIC hotel next to Burger King, a short walk to the Taj Mahal. The hotel was on a noisy busy road, the window frames were rotting which made the room cold. The staff told us that a heater was not included in the price but we could borrow one for 400 rupees. Breakfast was ok but they said it wasn’t included in our booking, but they checked again after we showed them our booking. Lastly at check out they asked us to wait while they sent someone to check our room which was unusual. 」

「Hotel is in need of some TLC. Reception area and attached restaurant are immaculate. Staff service was outstanding. Room was run down, shower head kept falling off, fridge didn't work, windows were draughty and bed sheets and towels, although clean, were discoloured.」

「Room which supposed to be allocated to me was given to some one else & that room was allocated to me on next day. When I claimed they told me that there's some wrong information in the booking order. Also bathroom tape was leaking.」

「It was not great hotel. The TV was not working, there were no clear reception phone number instructions, and the bed sheets were old.」

「Any five-star review is fake. This was the worst "hotel" we stayed at in all of India. Do NOT believe the photos of the nice rooms - they don't exist. Only filthy, smokey rooms falling apart. No wifi, far from the city and completely fake advertisement. Stay far, far away from this establishment. 」

「Worst place ever to stay. Bed sheets are dirty and stained. Pillow covers, quilt were very dirty. Mini fridge looked like somebody puked in. Bathroom floors were despicable. Will never ever stay here again」

「A useful hotel within walking distance of Agra Cannt station. As will all Indian hotels it was a little noisy, but that said they were friendly and it worked for what I needed. Staff were helpful and friendly.」

「Horrible property, VERY dirty. Book a car and they only gave half of what we paid to the driver so driver took the longest route just to save some toll money. People taking advantage of others shouldnt be in the hospitality business.」
