Room is dark, feeling bad. Bath room door cannot close properly, need your hand to help while bathing...check out time in the morning around 5am, but no one at the counter, May be sleeping inside a room behind counter...

It was a nice stay. The pool and bar isn’t as nice as in the pictures. My room had a balcony but the door to it was locked and there were boards covering the view. That was terrible The staff were amazing! Even with the language barrier they made sure all of my needs were met!

The bedroom was really good and clean. The breakfast options are excelent. Very convient place as a base due to close proximity to dining places and shopping mall.

Great hotel. We were worried about the potential noise from the surrounding mosques, and explained this to the check-in staff. They made sure we were in one of the quiet rooms. We didn’t hear the call to prayer once.
The room was decently sized, clean and modern. Restaurant was okay and the staff always courteous. Overall, a decent hotel in the area, where options are quite limited.

This hotel is great for families
We found this hotel to be great for families, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. However, the only issue we encountered was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Home away from home. This is the best hotel in this part of Jakarta and we always stay here whenever we're visiting family. It has unique characters which make the difference unlike many other branded hotels. Location is strategic, rooms and amenities are good, with swimming pool, gym, outdoor eatery and best part is the bird aviary. The restaurant serves wonderful Indonesian food as well as some international options. It's good value for money. The best part about the hotel is their service and the quality of the staff. We highly appreciate the support provided by Mr. Tino at the sales office, Ms. Alia at the reception and Mr. Rizal at the restaurant as well as the security team at the front. Everyone always made us feel at home. We are not just guests with room number. Thank you

This is an overpriced hotel that is simply not good. The wifi is just terribly poor. Add to this the hideous concrete monstrosity that is this hotel basically blocks telecom signals. Even the tv reception in the room is so bad it cuts out. There are zero movie chanels and forget streaming here. The breakfast is very average. Just go somewhere else. The place looksnlike a 70s soviet apartment block. Zero atmosphere. So borring and ugly. I went here to see what is was like. I regret it. avoid!

Friendly staff, but bad cleanliness.
While I love the concept of it being an eco-friendly hotel, I am disappointed in many other areas. There were ants at different locations of the room - on the dining table, sofa, water dispenser, even my bedsheet). There were stains on my comforter and towels. I was very disappointed with the limited variety of food at breakfast.
However, I must compliment the service staff. They have been very polite and always greeted with a smile.
