「no hot water, no hair dryer , window can not open utill we change room 3 times and requested firmly at front desk. But the service is friendly.」

「We stayed in one of the tents - which looked really nice online, but was a bit run-down in person (including stains on the ceiling and broken furniture drawer pulls) - the shower ran hot for about 30 seconds total. The really frustrating part was the really loud music that played every night during our stay until 4 AM - I think the music was coming from next door, but it sounded like it was inside the tent! all in all, not the quiet, peaceful stay we were expecting from a 'tent in the woods.'」

What is the point of booking online if that is not available. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They even disconnected the call without providing any resolution also they didn't answer why the mistake happened. Please avoid this hotel at all cost」
