「It was very nice property but there only one onset facility except for the foot bath that was not covered and small… and the property only had one lounge area which serviced some rings & snacks but the lounge was too small for the amount of guess. Pause our room was in the 4th floor & stomping foot sound echoed all night 」

「Excellent service and hospitality. Ocean view room is beautiful. Buffet foods are delicious too. This is one of the few hotels that I would like to give a perfect rating. However, the bed is a bit aged and too hard for me to have a good rest. So, I had to downgrade it for this only factor. I wish the hotel could review my comment and reconsider upfitting its bed condition, so that it will truly become a perfect hotel in all aspects. 」

「We stayed for a couple of nights at this onsen and would highly recommend. It was easy to get to from the local train station. We arrived from Sendai and took a day trip towards Yamagata and on both occasions a shuttle bus was waiting to take us to the hotel without advanced booking. The staff at reception spoke some English and with our limited Japanese we were checked in quite quickly.
