"The property was clean, and the staff was excellent. There were not any communication problems despite the fact that we couldn't speak any Japanese. My only complaint is that the room was hot. The A/C didn't work, so it got pretty uncomfortable."

"We stayed at this hotel due to an early morning connector flight. It was perfect for our needs. Conveniently located, easy to get to the terminal for departures. Highly recommended. Large rooms, wonderful staff, and overall a wonderful property."

"The place was great to stay. The location was 5 minutes from Rinku Town station which was very convenient as we arrived in the evening at 11PM at Kansai Airport. Rooms are decent size for two people. The front desk is self service. So if you arrive after midnight you will need to ring the intercom to have someone buzz you in. Everything went smoothly for us. We did not have the chance to utilize the bath but you will need to still pay for it unfortunately. We would love to come back next time. In the morning it’s beautiful to walk around the waterfront."
