「The room interior is updated (renovated), clean, and quiet. The new owners are now diligently improving the exterior with fresh paint, masonry and carpentry repair. They definitely have their priorities straight. interior first, exterior to follow.
I do miss a Gideon's Bible in the room. But that lacking seems to be universal nowadays.」

「In spite of ongoing renovations in some of the common areas, this was still a great place to stay overnight. Clean, welcoming, excellent and helpful staff, and a comfortable bed. 「This Inn was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is an old hotel that has owned and maintained this property for 40 Years. The bed gave us a good nights sleep. No doors slamming and very quiet. We stayed here because it was pet friendly. We would stay here again if in the area. Thank you to our hosts who do a great job of maintaining this older hotel.」
