Decent room but staff are not helpful

The room itself is nicely decorated. The hotel is located in the heart of taksim. Yet there’s many pubs nearby which make it quite dirty and noisy at night. Staff is not quite helpful. We asked one if the staff to make a reservation for a table of a restaurant but they never get back to us. On the day we left we asked the staff to book a taxi to the airport. At first the staff said the Taxi will arrive in 10-20mins. After 30 mins they said the Taxi is not coming and asked us to get the taxi by ourselves.

Very aesthetic and very chic hotel. Loved their breakfast variety. Staff is extremely cooperative and caring. Our primary host was Omer Bey at the front reception and he was one of a kind - made excellent recommendations on dining options and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay in Istanbul. The hotel was very clean and the room with the terrace has amazing views. Thanks Room Mate Emir and thanks Omer for making our vacation memorable!

The duplex room we had was very clean and very comfortable loads of room for 2 people and the bed was massive the only downside was the room was very dark as only had 2 lamps in each corner in the seating area so you couldn’t read

Très bel hôtel

Le personnel est très gentil. C’est très propre et la décoration est tres sympa ! L’hôtel est hyper bien situé. Petit bemol sur la situation de notre chambre placée au dessus de la salle du petit dejeuner, la musique trop forte nous a réveillée chaque matin à 7h... pas top quand tu veux pas te lever aussi tôt ! Et pour monter à l’étage l’escalier est bien raide et sans rampe donc un peu dangereux.

This was a terrible stay. The hotel property itself is really pretty however the service was lacking. We had an issue with our first room with noise, had to fight with them to get them to switch our room. Then when switch they gave us a room that had a shower that would go scolding hot to cold, heat that you couldn’t adjust, when asked for these things to be fixed they just pretended they fixed them. I don’t recommend staying here, the hotel staff was not really that helpful. The location was good, however at night it felt unsafe, a lot of illegal activity every night we walked back in front or near hotel.

I would not recommend having a room facing the street due to poor sound insulation thus you can be disturbed by traffic and other noise.
