Good choice in old town
Clean and cozy, a lovely hotel. The Terrance is good for seeing sunrise, soooo beautiful. It’s very close to those famous sights, only10 -15 mins walk. A lot of good restaurants in the neighborhood. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

We stayed in Agora life hotel for 5 nights and i will say it was a wonderful experience. The staff were ever so sweet and helpful when approached. The hotel is a 4 star hotel and not so extravagant but what i really appreciate the most is that everything you need was there like the smallest of things like cotton buds and slippers, which you probably woudnt get from other 4 star hotels. The hospitality from front staff to back office staff was so friendly. Breakfast could be better as it was the same cold breakfast everyday. Location was perfect as it was walking distance from most of the tourist sites and even more bonus, only 10 minutes away from the local tram! Thank you for making our stay wonderful Agora Life Hotel.

Hotel muy céntrico en Sultanahmet cerca de las mezquitas, Sultanahmet, palacio Topkapi y demás atracciones turísticas Personal de la recepción muy amables, respetuoso, ayudan mucho con las ubicaciones y el transporte o traslado al aeropuerto, desayuno excelente y variado, al gusto, de las mejores vistas en la terraza. Volveré seguro. Muy recomendado el hotel. Very central hotel in Sultanahmet, close to the mosques, Sultanahmet, Topkapi Palace and other tourist attractions. Very friendly and respectful reception staff, very helpful with locations and transportation or transfer to the airport, excellent and varied breakfast, to taste, with the best views on the terrace. We stayed in the Bosphorus suite, which quickly became a cherished, quiet and breezy sanctuary from the heat and noise of the city. We particularly enjoyed both our private little deck, and the rooftop observation deck, which provided stunning 360-degree views of the city. The hotel is excellently situated, within walking distance to all attractions, and the staff seemed sincerely eager to help out with whatever we might need.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is very tired and run down. The bathroom especially needs to be refinished. The furniture is scuffed and sad. Our electric outlets blew a fuse multiple times a day. A workman kept coming to fix it but the fix would only last a few minutes. The room had a beautiful view and a nice little outdoor terrace and is a good size.

Great stay but not 4 star. This hotel is perfect for someone staying in Istanbul for the first time as you are a few minutes walk away from the two main Mosques, the grand bazaar and other attractions. You are also close to the metro line to explore other areas of the city. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. However, the hotel itself is not 4 stars in my opinion. The rooms are very outdated, the bed was very uncomfortable, the breakfast options aren’t what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bathroom also had a bad smell at times. The walls are quite thin so you hear everything from the halls and other rooms. The terrace is nice and gives you views across the city, would be better if breakfast was served there rather than carrying it upstairs in the lift to enjoy the views. Overall, overpriced but good if you just want to be close to the main attractions. I would recommend staying a little further away as the metro is great and saving some money. Sultanhamet is very expensive.
