「距離la spezia 火車站大約8-10mins路程這應算是民宿, 在一住宅大廈的三樓不難找到由一位老太太經營, 很好的接待和聯絡有非常古式的電梯民宿內共有五間房間住的非常寬敞也很乾淨有露台, 能晒衫 (有晒衫繩和衣夾) (火車站附近有自助洗衣店) 住宿附近日間會安靜一點但到傍晚就有許多餐廳開始營業餐飲有很多選擇比在五漁村晚膳方便和便宜許多大多數旅客去都會在la spezia站附近進膳附近也有許多商店可以閒逛但不會營業到太晚週圍環境很寧靜舒適」

「Notre hôte a été très accommodante. Ils font tout pour nous rendre l'expérience agréable et le restaurant est super. C'est une propriété qui a du charme, un peu vieillot la chambre, il ne manquait qu'un petit frigidaire pour de l'eau ou autres boissons mais sinon vraiment charmant. Il faut vivre l'expérience agri touristique et La Burlanda est l'endroit parfait pour cela. Merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe 」

「Nice clean hotel. Alex was very helpful from the front desk. Drinks were good, but the offering for dinner was a little sparse. A bit out of the way, but not bad. Very walkable from the bus. Beautiful and safe area. comfortable bed and nice hot shower with rain head」

「My favorite boutique hotel ever! It is so quaint and quiet and right in front of the sea. I love how small it is with just a few rooms. The staff treat you like family and are always very helpful. And the complimentary breakfast with the view is wonderful! And there are so many things to see and do within walking distance.」
