"We stayed 5 nights and had a great vacation. Although the island is still recovering from the hurricanes our unit was perfect. All new appliances and furnishings, A/C unit in every room and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Location is perfect, easy walk across the street to the beach and great access to the bay for our daily kayak trip to see the dolphins (3rd canal to the right had 3-6 every day we were there). All you need for the beach is provided, chairs, umbrellas, toys and even a cooler....

"Stay right on the beach. Drag your beach chair right down to the shore. Walk out the back door right into the sand. Watch the sunset from your patio. Unit was clean and tidy. Remodeled. It was in good condition. Beach equipment was sparse and the chairs and mats need to be replaced. Owner did not respond to our concerns about this until after we checked out 4 days later. That was a little disappointing. Even with the junk beach furniture I would go back again. "

"Everything was described accurately. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Dave communicated everything we needed to know. The only thing you could possibly dislike would be the road noise because the bedroom window faces toward Beach Road but Spring Break brings out activity into and out of the village until the bars close. "This place could be considered a hidden gem. Native Floridians that have traveled throughout state. Great location very close to beach. Cool area that has some great places to eat and drink. Laid back vibe. Area still cleaning up some from the hurricanes…this part of state got really hammered. Definitely would rebook here!"
