“Colazione ottima, cibo vario ed anche io che sono celiaca ho trovato pane e dolce per me. Personale disponibile e sempre cordiale e sorridente. La struttura meriterebbe di manutenzione più attenta. Nel complesso valuto buono. La posizione direi ottima rispetto al centro. Vicino alla spiaggia dei famosi pop corn ma a piedi in 5 minuti si raggiunge il centro. Ritornerei molto volentieri. Il Rooftop fantastico.”

“Nos ha gustado mucho el hotel. Recomiendo reservar los servicios de SPA con antelación. El buffet de cenas es variado ya que cada día tiene una temática diferente y el buffet de desayunos me gustó mucho por contar con buena variedad de panes y de opciones saludables. El personal muy agradable y servicial”

“All of the hotel is clean. Staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very family friendly. We've been here several times and have enjoyed each experience.”

“Mediocre yet very expensive stay. One bar stank strongly of puke for the whole duration of our stay. Unfortunately the bathtowel point was also around there which meant they also smelled, even when ‘fresh’. Hotel did nothing to prevent sunbed hoggers which meant that we struggled to find a place when we wanted to spend some time by the pool, even though there were fewer people in the pool than occupied sunbeds. Have discovered that all-inclusive resorts are definitely not for me but will……

“It’s not 5 star accommodation. We stayed in the master suite and found cockroaches in our room on 3 days during the week. I wouldn’t recommend if you have a food allergy- husband had a lot of difficulty people understanding a dairy intolerance, and was served incorrect food nearly every night we ate in the restaurants. Restaurants as a whole are very sub par- in particular the Asian was abysmal. Ordered a pad Thai and served packet noodles with a teriyaki sauce. Buffet was ok- but again if you……

“La mia esperienza é stata super positiva. In questo posto si mangia benissimo sia come qualità che come quantità. A cena venivano soddisfatti tutti i palati con una vastissima scelta di piatti. Le stanze sono ampie, pulite e moderne. Il resort offre un'ampia quantità di servizi a partire dalla spa in cui é possibile rilassarsi per 90 minuti godendo della vasca idromassaggio, doccia emozionale e sauna. Il personale é molto gentile e ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare una doccia di cortesia……

“Only 2 People in a room. So you have a roommate and not a dorm. That's great. Free coffee and water, also great. Very well maintained and cleaned very thoroughly every day. Great job by the cleaners! The only small disadvantage is location it's a little far to the beach and to city center Would definitely stay again!”

“This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃”
