“Overall, this place worked for us. My boyfriend, his brother and myself were in town for a wedding. The property was really easy to check in. The instructions were straightforward and clear. The host is somewhat inflexible, but direct as well. There is a required choice between purchasing insurance or a refundable $500 deposit on booking. “This was the day after the Crowdstrike computer glitch and we received no information about accessing the property and the link for directions took us to the wrong address two blocks away. When we got to the right address, we had to call the manager to get access to the rental after 9pm. The house is on a nice street and there are several units on the property, so finding ours was a little tricky. I did not see a hot tub anywhere. We also did not find a futon, but there was a decent blow up……

“The place was beautiful, clean and cozy. The neighborhood while being rated "dangerous" was quiet and calm. We were suprised by the neighborhood at first, but never had any issues. Check-in was easy, but it is a keyed entry and the key had a mind of its own so it took us a couple minutes to get in. It was a tight entry through two doors and immediately downstairs into the basement, but once there it was very spacious and enjoyable for the whole family. I would stay again.”
