「We loved Smitty House! The kitchen was a highlight....a great gathering spot. Loved the layout with the bench and table. Great for morning coffee or evening meal. A lovely, well appointed home. Very well managed. Great communication with Michael. Nicely done! And Tongue? Somebody dropped a "cute bomb" on the place. What a picturesque setting. We would actively seek out a stay with the host properties on any return visit. Thank you again for your great communication and warm hospitality!」

「Fabulous property, beautiful location and plenty of fresh air and wellbeing walks. Scenery stunning. Cottage incredibly cosy, and lovely to return to every evening. Everything we needed was provided. 」

「Property is conveniently situated with spectacular views overlooking Tongue bay. Orkney and on really clear day Shetland as well. Hosts are very welcoming and the welcome hamper is a nice touch (very good coffee). All in all a great time was had by ourselves.」

「Des paysages pleins nos tetes pour toujours. Tout le monde a trouve son compte, des parties de cacha cache geantes, ballade sur la plage, contact avec le pecheur et ses homards et crabe , on a eu ce que l on recherchai.」

「Zuerst waren wir etwas von der abseitige Lage des Hauses und der Siedlung in Rispond. Nach Betreten der Ferienwohnung waren wir aber sehr angenehm überrascht. Leider kamen wir fast nie ins Netz, um Kontakt mit zu Hause in Deutschland aufzunehmen. Der Gastgeber, der uns persönlich begrüßte war sehr freundlich und erklärte uns alles. Wer Natur und Ruhe schätzt, der ist hier richtig. Zudem ist man in wenigen Minuten in Durness.」
