「The croft house was idyllic, beautifully renovated and decorated with all amenities one could want. It makes a perfect home from home and base for exploring the north of the island. The host obviously cares very much about her guests and this is reflected in the house itself.」

「We enjoyed our stay in Drumgarry a lot. The terrace and the living room windows provide a great sea view. The beds are very comfortable. Everything was clean and in good shape. Good to also spend a rainy day in house - though I have heard that this rarely happens on Skye ;-) . 」

「This house is fantastic. Our favorite property in our month long UK adventure. The house was very clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped. All the appliances worked and the kitchen was spacious and modern. The location in Uig was perfect. Close to the major sights we wanted to see. Skye roads can be challenging and we were so glad this property was easily accessible. Our favorite thing about this house were the spectacular views! We lived our stay here!」

We were asked ahead of time how we wanted bed configuration, it was suggested we could all have king beds (beds could be pushed together & made up as kings) well none of the 3 beds were like that when we got there. Other than that it was close to shops, places to eat and Portree was lovely」

「Great location for us and all needed amenities. The view is spectacular and easily a place we would return to. Unfortunately, the shower drain was clogged on arrival so we had to unclog a large amount and also had to buy toilet paper as no spare was obviously seen. These were minor issues compared to how our holiday went. Thank you.」

「We had a great stay here. It's what you'd call a "tiny house" - everything we required with nice bathroom, kitchen, living room and loft bedroom, and adjacent parking. On a farm property with pasture and sheep (who came to visit as they roam pretty freely - super cool!). Things to know: just keep following the access road until you get there (google maps told us we'd "arrived" too early - owners provide good text instructions); the loft bedroom has a peaked ceiling and two single beds against...

Location is ideal for exploring northern and central Skye and the views over the loch are stunning & give lots of opportunities to watch the seals (sadly the otters weren’t playing when we were there) The property owner left great information about the house and the area both before our trip and at the house.
