Hampton Inn is our favorite chain motel when traveling. This particular motel did not meet up to typical Hampton Inn standards. Our room had a musty smell and overall updates are needed throughout the property. Good price, but with so many choices in the area, I would a different motel next time.

I need an affordable place to stay in Indy's north side/Castleton area, and Hampton Inn fit the bill. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5, is because I stayed a total of 3 nights and my room was not cleaned, nor was I brought fresh towels the entire time. Other than that. This hotel was ideal. My room was updated, the bathroom has great water pressure and steaming hot water and the bed and pillows were comfy. Location has tons of eateries, shopping and the interstate is literally west of the hotel. Not bad. I will stay again. PS: As of 10/12/2025, the elevators were functioning.

The property is older, but the rooms are updated with a European vibe. Beds are comfortable and the walk-in shower is a nice thing at the end of a workday. Had to look to find the coffee pot and microwave, but they were easy get to. I wished my bedroom at home was this well appointed. Service was good and they have waffles for breakfast.

My suite room 218 had no door, which gave me no privacy. This suite shouldn’t be called a suite. The two days I was there the elevator didn’t work. I want a refund. Calling and getting the run around. False advertising for the suite and no elevator You gotta do better and I am a member
