clean and beautiful hotel to stay for transferring! but the breakfast seems to be a bit plain, maybe the quality can be improved more.

酒店check in 緩慢費時,房間及浴室沒有地方掛衣服,沒提供一次性使用拖鞋,更沒有牙刷牙膏提供,如需要,自行向酒店購買,房間設備格局很像賓館。
另外,半夜時分會無故被關掉冷氣及電視,因為焗熱而醒來,要自行再開冷氣才可入睡,房間原說向海,而預訂是向海房,後來因沒雙人床,而轉至向一片空置地景觀,真的沒心情!
It seems the area isolated and is far from the public transportation but overall good, well maintained and managed it’s conditions pretty well.

Great Hotel in Incheon
I dropped off guests from Japan at this hotel. The staff spoke Japanese quite well, which immediately began after reading their passports. Those guest told me they had a great stay. This hotel is a bit more expensive than others, but it seems to be worth it. The shuttle to the airport is also very convenient.

The llobby area was freezing. The dining area also requires heavy sweaters and hats. I caught a cold there.

Mediocre - felt more like a hostel than hotel
The beds were very old spring mattresses & super uncomfortable. I used all the spare pillows to lay on to bed able to sleep. It was disappointing. I didn't complain as I knew there was nothing they could do & I wasn't sure they'd fully understand me. The front desk staff were lovely. But the staff at breakfast were abrasive. There was confusion from them on our room number on the first morning & instead of politely asking to check our room number I got nearly yelled at for not paying for breakfast & they were going to charge the room (which would have been the wrong room). I had to go over & look at the sheet myself & point to my name before he understood, even though I said the room number to him 5 times. Then I got a half-effort apology.
The breakfast was mediocre. The coffee wasn't pleasant, the restaurant is in the basement & was cold. subsequently the food was cold also. The bread was too sweet for a Brit like me, & the overall choice wasn't great. on 2 out of our 3 breakfasts they didn't have enough food for the amount of people. The staff cleaning up were lovely, & very friendly & they appreciated us clearing up after ourselves.
Our room was warm & the water & underfloor heating is controlled by the same panel so if you want hot water you'll have a hot room too. Opening the window helped a little at times but the outside temp dropped a lot on our second day so we didn't need to sleep with it open all night.
Free shuttle bus to the airport was fantastic though.
