Crisselle at the reception desk, who assisted me during both the check-in and check-out process, bookended the experience with a pleasant and efficient welcome and sendoff. If I were to nitpick - my guests had to ask multiple times during breakfast for the air condition to be checked since it was hot and uncomfortable where we were seated at Misto. This happened again the next day, same issue. The walls in the club room I booked were not as soundproofed as I hoped they would be, since I could hear people chatting and the noise of their television in the adjacent room. Other than that, it was a great stay and experience. The food, both at the club lounge and Misto, were good and varied enough. But mostly, it’s the staff’s warmth, professionalism, and outstanding service that will make me want to book here again. "
