「The hotel is very pretty itself and the environment in the hotel is wonderful. There is a sky bar where you can enjoy a chill night. The room is cozy and decorated in a 5 stars hotel way. The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. 「This is a brand new hotel only half year old! All of the staff from front staff, cafe, and housekeeping staff were all amazing! Great customer service! Easy communication through whatsapp. Room was spacious and clean. Good quality furnishing! Only complaints were that the air conditioning stopped working when the weather got cooler. And the bathroom doors were awkwardly placed and tight space around the toilet. They offered me room upgrade for a portion of my stay, the last few days of my stay....
