「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「Great hotel staff were very nice. Buffet breakfast was really good comapred to other hotels and had lots of vegetarian options. The hotel offered lots of complimentay trips which we took advantage of. The beach club was the main reason we booked the hotel and kt was great other than being a bit too busy on the weekend it was great with a nice pool and access to the sea.」

「Stayed here with my daughter at the beginning of June, we absolutely loved it. All of the staff, from cleaners, waiting staff, receptionists etc were so pleasant, polite and helpful. The room was clean and air conditioned. It was in the centre of Valletta, so perfect for us. The best part was the pool/bar area on the roof of the hotel, chairs, tables, loungers, umbrellas and what a view! It was amazing! Lovely to come back to after a day’s sightseeing. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and...

「The resort is very good which has excellent view of beach. There couples of restaurant that can choose and food is average. Little distribution on electricity cut in midnight, that quite disappointed. But overall is good and worth. 」
