"Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. The male receptionist who spoke English was so helpful and nice. He gave our kids some boxes with treats and when we checked out, he...

"Quiet location which is easy to get to and from. Highly convenient with friendly and helpful staff. The warm welcome makes you feel at home. Walkable to all the main attractions and eateries. "

"The location is good as it is within walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi area. It is also near to many train stations which make travelling to other places convenient. The Pokemon room is well decorated with a big Snolax and spacious with dining area, kitchen, bunk bed and double twin bed. The shower and toilet rooms are separated. There is also a laundry room for you to wash and dry your clothes. Highly recommended for those family traveling with kids :)"

"Having 2 toilet is really good for a group of 4, we’ve chosen a room with loft. Dotonbori is not that far, will take approximately 8mins walk. There’s a supermarket very close to the place which is cheaper than buying in convenience store. "

"Quite a large APA hotel and the check in process was mostly automated. Long lines to get bags and to drop them off for storage so take that I to consideration when you need to be somewhere. It was convenient having a 7-11 inside the building. Didn't have time to go to the onsen but liked having the option. "

"It was very pleasant overall. Friendly staffs, clean facility, very spacious bathroom with a tub and onsen was the best. One small complaint I had was their breakfast. It was 2,000yen but their menu was exactly the same. "

"Family of 4. Room was spacious. Each person got a bed of their own. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. They were so hard. Room came with the basic, mini fridge, hot water kennel, safe and blow dryer. Toilet was in a separate room from shower, tub and vanity, which was nice. All other necessities (toothbrush, razor, scrubber, etc.) you had to get in the lobby. Balcony was off limits so that sucked. Room service was available till 10pm. Cafe was nice next to the Universal store on the left side lobby, across the bar dining area. On the other end of the lobby there is a ticket counter to purchase Universal tickets, so that was convenient. Was about $60 sum per adult. Then the back exit on the same side is the walk way to the Captain Line which was so awesome. This takes you to the Aquarium, Ferris Wheel, and the market mall. Breakfast at the hotel was good. Loved their fresh orange machine. Hotel was just straight up the street from Universal Park, City Walk and Train station. So so convenient for everything. Highly recommend this Minion themed hotel 😊"
