「We needed a place that comfortably hosted 10 people near breckenridge. This place can only accommodate 6. It can technically accommodate 2 more on an awful hide-a-bed couch, but it's not possible for an adult to sleep on it. When we told the management staff that the owner lied in its listing, they agreed it should never have been listed for 10 and promised to help. They loaned us one inflatable mattress that worked, and one inflatable with a hole in it. We were left to fend for ourselves...

About a 10 min walk to ski base area.I would say the unit needs to be updated and note there is no view of the mountain. If priced competitively it’s a good choice. 」

「The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by the mountains, it was also close to the Grand Lake entrance to RMNP. We had access to fuel, groceries, and a few fast-food locations nearby, I would recommend the property to anyone who asked. Thank you for the memories. 」
