不滿:整潔度、職員與服務和設施服務
The room smelled like sulfur. The setup of the room was nice, but the smell was very strong. When checking in I asked for water and was told it was only for Hilton Honors members, which we are. It was awkward. $75 fee for a pet is really steep for this hotel. I stayed at the Candlewood the following night and paid $10. I asked for a late checkout, we were in a strange situation where my daughter had a soccer tournament, and we could have games as late as 8pm, or be done by 5:45. A winter storm was happening and we were considering staying another night. The staff was not helpful in navigating that. I was told we could "hang out in the lobby." Then she said we could leave at 12:30, but were locked out of our room at 12 and had to be let in by staff, and were not allowed a key. The hotel was quite empty, and the staff was not helpful for our travel situation.
