"Arriving at night after an 11-hour flight made an airport hotel necessary. Shuttles run every 30 minutes. Dining area had a beautiful garden view. Dinner and breakfast buffet had enough vegan options. Buffet also had Japanese and western food. Room was nice, though pillow was hard. I would stay again. "

"Amazing place to stay. Only a short subway trip to Tokyo Station. Close to Disney. Its a nice quiet area surrounded by the busyness that is Tokyo. The only issue I have, among staying at any other hotels is the rude, disgusting and disrespectful tourists. But that in no way is an isolated thing and not the fault of the hotel. Truthfully this hotel has alot less then most."

"Wonderful customer service! It can be a little confusing which tower you're staying in and where to check in for it, but the staff is so friendly and helpful to get you where you need to be. The room was a good size for Tokyo and there is a 7-11 adjoined to the building."
