I am giving four stars because I booked through Expedia and paid extra for a sea-view room. Upon arrival, it was already late and dark, but we quickly realized we did not have a sea-view room; we only saw pipes and other unpleasant things. This was quite a disappointment, and we had to make several phone calls to resolve it. At first, they told us there were no rooms available, but after several complaints, a room with a sea view became available. We were moved to the correct room after one day, for which we had already paid extra. However, they did not apologize or refund us for the night we spent without a sea view.
We traveled with our two-year-old daughter, and to do some activities, we inquired about a babysitter who could accompany us for a fee, but they said they didn’t offer that service (which we are accustomed to from other destinations). This wasn’t a big issue, as every hotel has its own policies. The food was very good, and the staff was very friendly (with a few exceptions).
