"My wife and I had a wonderful amazing stay at this property. This B&B is nestled in a quiet, friendly, clean and hospitable little village within a 10 minute walk to the 'Middle' Gate of the Zhangjiajie Forest National Park. The location is made even more peaceful by the mountains and open meadow facing the poolside of the property. It is located away from direction of where all the tour buses would usually turn to drop off tourists near the park entrance.
Ken, the Duty Manager, and his staff were extremely helpful in recommending routes to take to make the best use of the four-day pass into the Park. He helped us book and buy tickets and arrange transport to and back from the other sites in Zhangjiajie. I was able to understand his English enough to find my way to the best views of the Park.
My wife and I highly recommend this property and mainly because of the service from Ken and his staff.

"No room upon arrival at 12:45pm, and the reception told us to wait for 40 mins so we went out to have a quick lunch. We ended up waiting for 2 hours to get into the room.
Also butler services didn't help at all. No replies/ very slow replies from wechat, and eventually we had to go downstairs to pick up our own food delivery. We waited for 40 minutes for the butler to reply. "
