「I spent 3nights at the studio with my wife last week. When i first got in my room, the bathroom was not entirely cleaned. There were still marks on the seat. Moreover, there was not enough parking spaces which I didn’t expect and i had to get a free parking spot far away. And the most disappointing thing is that there was a road maintenance in front of the apartment. Someone was drilling on the wall in the morning at around 7am , it was really disturbing and ruined my journey. 」

「Energetic boutique hotel with big comfortable room and excellent service, ideal for couples especially for the award wining rooftop bar with stunning Brisbane river night view. Very impressive hotel decoration using LCD walls showing amazing short films even inside the elevators. Room cleanliness can be improved though as one sanitary cotton pack was being opened by others and the kettle is a bit rusty」

「The parking is offsite so pretty inconvenient, especially in the rain. The area to park whilst checking in is not well signed and was blocked by delivery vans. This just made checkin very stressful to navigate. The room itself was lovely, the dark painted walls were very dusty though. Aside from that everything else was well maintained. The onsite Japanese restaurants were amazing and a highlight. 」

「The reception was so lovely and welcoming. The room had a separate Bedroom, and 2 single beds as we were 3 separate adults and was good to have a separate kitchen and table and chairs which gave us more space. We had a beautiful homemade breakfast. Who doesn't love bacon and poached eggs with toast. Yum. Beautiful pool and a separate spa. It is located right on the highway for easy access. Thank you Guys.」

「Firstly, the check-in experience was very bad, the pictures didn't match the actual room and the room smelled strongly of bad perfume; secondly, my deposit still hasn't been refunded from the time I ended my order; thirdly, I paid for two days' parking but I wasn't refunded for the second day's parking. I booked a total of two days but on the first day of my stay I asked the front desk for a refund for the second day. The receptionist that night was for a lady and she was very nice in resolving...
