Mixed bag for this hotel. It is in a great location with thoughtful, attentive, friendly staff, but the room was in relatively poor condition. Lots of stains on all the furniture, lamp shades, and even the curtains. The bathroom tub was cracked and damaged. That said, the bed was comfortable and the linens clean. In general, the whole place needs repair and renovation and felt tatty and worn down. The laundry service was excellent and the breakfast had some lovely made to order dishes. It's really too bad that they aren't attending to this hotel as it has enormous potential to be a big winner.

It's a quiet little hotel set back from the main street but only a short walk to all the restaurants bars and shopping. Breakfast was nice and the staff where friendly and very helpful. Rooms have interesting decor in French stile and are very clean. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed five nights in Hue and the hotel was really convenient for restaurants and the river walk. The staff were very helpful and even went out to buy ice for me. Our room was very comfortable and quiet and we slept well. For the price, fantastic value for money.

Nice place to stay when visit Hue. Nice and warm people with a location that is excellent to visit the city by walk. Also, you can take a taxi to visit the Pagode and they can arrange for you a car or a bus to move to the following place. For example, in our case, we wanted a transfer from Hue to Hoi An and they took charge of everything for us. Also, the breakfast, included with the reservation, was remarkable. We would like to mention the attention received by Ruby. She helped us with a lot of details making our travel much easier.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Hue. It is a lovely boutique hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and the option to order fresh eggs or Vietnamese cuisine. It was my birthday whilst I was there and the hotel surprised me with a lovely cake which made the stay extra special! Thanks so much for lovely stay!

Lovely hidden hotel.
Lovely Boutique Hotel, hidden street, nice and quiet. Good location for sight seeing in Hue abd walking to the Citidel. Arrived here from the overnight train from Hanoi, taxi to hotel. Rooms very spacious, great bathroom too. Lovely staff. Would recommend stay, great value. Convenient for night life and eating out.
