“This room was wonderful and suited our needs perfectly! Ground floor was very convenient. The unit was very clean. The hot tub and pool were wonderful as well! The staff were friendly. We only took away one star due to the bed. The mattress was VERY firm. We did not sleep as well as we would have liked. However, the bedding/mattress was very clean! We would stay here again and hope to get a unit with a more comfortable mattress. We had a wonderful time regardless. ”

“Location and amenities were everything we expected. Perfect for my family of four easy slope access. Appreciated the he bathroom nightlight and stocked dishes. Very clean. Would have loved the option for late check out and pool towels. Vacasa was responsive when needed, like when the Internet network wasn't populating. (Router was unplugged.). We'd definitely stay there again.”

“2 adults, 3 kids and one of the showerheads were broken. Offered to fix (it was simple) and she declined. Towels smelled musty and were yellowed, toilets not clean and have not seen a microwave that small since college. Could not handle a full bag of popcorn. Temp would randomly go up and down and wifi was spotty at best which limited TV in evenings. ”

“Everything was great and as described. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and plenty of towels and supplies. Small note—there are a lot of stairs and no elevator —not a big deal for me, but could be a concern for some. Good location to walk to restaurants and bars. Also the hot tub is across the street. I’d stay again! ”

“Fantastic stay! We opted to stay off-resort this trip, and we're very happy with our decision. We wanted to walk around WP to shop and eat, while staying at somewhere beautiful and walkable. This place was it! The first day, I didnt have anough patience to figure out the buses, so we paid a premium to park on resort Immediately, there were regrets. The buses pick up RIGHT outside the condo and drop off/pickup right as you get on and off the gondola/slopes--even closer than the parking lots--and……

“This apartment is in a great location. Convenient to restaurants and shops in Winter Park; very close to the free Lift bus stops to the ski mountain; and less than a 10 minute ride to the resort itself.The kitchen area is well stocked (though the coffee maker needs to be cleaned - I think there is a clog. A minor issue).The only disappointing factor was the building hot tubs were closed for repairs.Phil, the owner, was great to work with, responsive and accommodating!”
